about

"Espen and I are two vulnerable souls with a predilection for noise and long stretches of sound, with the aim of invoking the ghosts of Anton Webern, a smoky caravan of bebop horns, windfall from the German electronic avant-garde, and fifty shades of tinnitus. These tracks were captured in desperate improvisation, before sounds were polished and harmonies processed by the fantastic Simon Gore. Finally Lasse Marhaug spread his magic fingers over the recordings, that were partially made in a dilapidated tenement among junkies and thugs in downtown Oslo and in a closed down psychiatric hospital, which did not denigrate the project significantly."
